With the success of the activity “Send Our Love” on the last Lunar New Year, this year, with the contributions and kindness of all AXA Engineers’ members in the Run to Raise Fund campaign, we have created an extremely successful campaign with an amount of money converted from our members’ steps and efforts.
It can be said that spring is not only an opportunity to welcome a new year with wonderful things ahead, but it is also a moment of sharing, spreading love, and happiness when reunited. However, not everyone is lucky enough to have a reunion with their loved ones. Somewhere out there, there are many disadvantaged people living without love and in difficult situations. If we could share with the community, it would be amazing, as it would help to promote love and give small hearts a little warmth this spring.
Send Our Love To Spring
In the warm atmosphere of spring, AXA and all of our members jointly launched the program “Love-filled Tet-Warm Spring” to visit and bring gifts to contribute to creating a warm and joy-filled Tet for the unfortunate children at Tan Binh orphanage, a place that shelters and nurtures orphaned, wandering, and homeless children in the district as well as supports and creates conditions for them to live and study.
This meaningful activity will partly show the joining hands of all of our members with the community to share, spread love, and especially warm the hearts of children.
Although the gifts do not have great value, AXA firmly believes that our hearts and kindness will partly ease their loss and the difficulties that they suffered from, and especially bring them a warmth-filled Tet. More importantly, we hope this activity will inspire our members to actively share and participate in meaningful campaigns with the community as much as possible.
“Your hearts are the children’s spring.”
It was difficult to express our feelings that day when our family had the chance to visit the children. The boys are small, but extremely alert, polite, and obedient. Perhaps their lives are currently deprived in many ways, but we can feel their resilient hearts and their unrelenting efforts to move forward.
The children make us even more grateful for life and the luck, love, and things we are receiving. We realize that we need to try our best to spread love and share it with the community as a way to express our gratitude for life.
The Activity From The Bottom Of Our Hearts
The activity received great attention and participation from the members. AXA was truly surprised by our members’ love and kindness. Most of the members were enthusiastic and excited to bring Tet gifts to the children.
We had an extremely wonderful and memorable exchange with the children. Our connection started with greetings, questions, and especially songs. It was surprising when the children were extremely happy and confident enough to give all our members extremely fun and wonderful performances.
Our family had to temporarily say goodbye to these adorable kids and hopes that we can reunite with them in the future because the volunteer activity was timed and the kids could review for the class the following day.
Thank you, Ms. Ha, representative of Tan Binh orphanage, who is one of the people caring for the children, and she is also the networker so that AXA can meet and interact with the children here. Thank you so much to the children for the stories, wishes, and energy they brought to us. Special thanks to you for giving us more faith and energy to become better and live more meaningfully.
Thank you to all AXA members for “always nurturing and developing gratitude”. Hopefully, in the near future, we will make efforts and accompany each other to spread good values for ourselves and the community. Once again, thank you all for your kindness and sharing. Let’s warm the hearts of children together and spread love all over the country.
