The Job Fair in November 2025 at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT – VNU-HCM) became a meaningful milestone, an inspiring journey of connection between AXA Engineers and ambitious, passionate students.
Connecting and sharing with students
On November 22, 2025, AXA Engineers was delighted to return to HCMUT to accompany students at the Job Fair organized by the Faculty of Civil Engineering. The sincere conversations, curious questions, and strong learning spirit of the students brought tremendous inspiration to our team.
The sharing sessions with HCMUT alumni who are now members of AXA Engineers became a special bridge. They shared their journeys from university life to a professional working environment, internship opportunities, essential skills, and practical insights into engineering design projects.
Beyond technical knowledge, these were stories of perseverance, career orientation, and how young engineers can grow and mature in the industry. Each conversation opened new perspectives, helping students visualize their future career paths more clearly.

At the AXA Engineers booth, the atmosphere was always lively with interactive activities, fun mini-games, and special gifts exclusively for HCMUT students. More than the gifts themselves, we hoped that students would leave with a sense of being heard, inspired, and reassured on their career journeys. This was not merely a place to introduce internship or career opportunities; it was a space for students to experience, connect, and feel the warmth of the happy working environment we are building. Here, engineering is not just a job, it is a journey of creativity, dedication, and human connection.
