With the goal of consistently delivering top-notch drawings and services as well as continuously improving ourselves, AXA organized a workshop for all employees to share insights about the Kaizen System. This workshop not only helps everyone understand the importance of Kaizen but also aims to enhance work quality and productivity in the near future.

Kaizen, a term originating in Japanese, means “continuous improvement.” Kaizen focuses on endlessly improving every aspect of work and organization. The goal is to eliminate waste, optimize efficiency, and advance the quality of products or services. Known as a philosophy or quality management method, Kaizen is not limited to the manufacturing sector but has become a significant trend in global business management. Recognizing the breakthroughs and wonderful values Kaizen brings, it has become an indispensable method for our operational system and work culture.

At the workshop, AXA shared and introduced the AXA Kaizen System to our members, highlighting the incredible value this system can bring.
