A Journey From an Aspiration to a Philosophy
Our founder, Anthony Nguyen, grew up in a rural village in post-war Central Vietnam. With his parents’ sacrifices, he had the opportunity to pursue an education and later spent nearly a decade working for an American company. It was during this time that he realized a profound truth: Vietnamese engineers possessed immense talent and diligence, yet they lacked an environment to realize their full potential.
At the same time, he witnessed a paradox: thousands of talented engineers in his homeland were unemployed, while companies in the US were struggling to find qualified personnel to fill their talent gaps.
That was the moment the aspiration of AXA Engineers was sparked: to build a bridge connecting the untapped potential of Vietnamese engineers with the urgent needs of the global market.
Humble Beginnings & An Unexpected Turning Point
In 2016, AXA Engineers was born, with a name that encapsulated the dedication of its co-founders: Anthony, his wife Xuan, and their first valued Associates.
The early days were a true test of perseverance. But it was within those hardships that a philosophy was born: the solution wasn’t in stricter management, but in building a stronger foundation: People.
