Following a successful pilot project, we will finalize the terms of collaboration and contracts with full transparency. Immediately after, a detailed Project Kickoff meeting is held to align the entire project teams from both sides on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

During the pilot week, you can assign us a specific task from one of your current projects (e.g., detailing a small area, processing a few redline sheets…). The goal is for you to directly evaluate four factors: Quality, Speed, Communication, and Understanding.

We understand that change is an inevitable part of design projects. When a change request occurs, we quickly assess its impact on the timeline and budget (if any) and communicate transparently with you to agree on the path forward.

The Client Hub is designed to be extremely user-friendly. It is an exclusive platform that we provide completely free of charge to all our partners.

Our Project Manager is your single point of contact and is ultimately responsible for your project’s success, ensuring your requirements are understood and executed precisely.

After each major project or on a periodic basis, our Project Manager will proactively schedule a “Review & Improve” meeting with you to gather feedback, making our next project together even more efficient.
